There isnt even enough money for computer scripts to be running a scheme here man. for small cap CAD plays its usually a consortium of retail playing the supply and demand game metrics with multiple accounts manually playing with a few hundred grand or mills shoring up the ladder to influence pricing depending on where they want to excute pricing.
