RE:Sam DiegoWe all know Yfi product Concept is great ! But that is not the issue ... AS has no idea of running pubco other then his pay check 

the Market needs to know what is going on... it is good step to higher new sales guy ... but what is the plan 

how much money is needed what is use of funds and what is projections
