So, who is doing that?   Strawman arguments cheapens your opinion.

Another strawman!  You must have an army of them.  Just to help you understand I said I find the "presentations" to be poor sources of information. 
 
Why?  Because all companies sugar coat, spin, and present in the most favorable light what they want you to think about or believe.  All the rah-rah IMO is merely a distraction.

Really? as opposed to just taking their time?  Sorry Pal, fast tracking is not the true fact of the matter, and if it were, it would be a clear warning for a company that has suffered the loss of expensive equipment due to previous rock fall and keeps having to change their mining plan due to surprises.
