COF's standing?

COF's standing?A curiosity about COF. The court specifially mentioned them as one of those at the front of the line, however, in a document issued by the court on May 10, 2023, it seems as though COF many NOT yet have one or more standing attachments, which the court was inviting those who don't to do so:

The Court is aware of the following motions (listed below) that are also pending. Briefing on these shall be completed according to the schedule currently in place or, alternatively, the parties to such motions shall submit agreed-upon scheduling orders that ensure completion of such briefing no later than June 14, 2023:

b. ConocoPhillips' motions for issuance and service of writs of attachment, Misc. Nos. 19-342 DJ. 51 and 22-264 D.I. 22;

COF's response on August 16 seems to indicate they do NOT have standing attachments and are requsting them for their three suits:

The Sale Procedures Order requires any holder of an Attached Judgment or a judgment seeking to be an Attached Judgment to "deliver to the Special Master and to counsel for the Venezuela Parties a statement indicating the amount such creditor contends remains outstanding with respect to their Attached Judgment or judgments." D.I. 481 at 26.

ConocoPhillips holds three judgments that it seeks to make Attached Judgments, the "Petrozuata/Hamaca Judgment," the "Corocoro Judgment," and the "ICSID Judgment"
