- you would NEED a STRONG US INVESTOR BASE to make it WORTHWHILE to LIST on the OTCQB

- our AXE OFFICERS and BODs have NEVER SHOWN ANY INTEREST in TAPPING American-based FUNDING as far as I know but the US HIGH-YEILD DEBT MARKETS will be CRITICAL in the LONG-TERM SUCCESS of the company if it STAYS INDEPENDENT
