RE:Hydro line from Churchill to Labrador City Thanks for sharing this.  Keep in mind that one Rio Tinto/IOC employee (from LinkedIn) is responsible for a $70 million capital budget for the infrastructure of plasma torches.  Just connecting the dots some more here.
