RE:RE:RE:COF's standing?And GRZ's won its original ICSID case in 2014.  That's where the confusion is.  The Delaware court said priority goes to those who had their attachments first.  GRZ got theirs just a few months ago.

Two recent court documents appear to show COF is in the process of getting writs (or attempting to) for their three already-settled lawsuits.  If that's the case they shouldn't be included in the Six Creditors group, but the court mentioned COF and Crystallex being as being at the front of the line, hence the reason for starting this discussion.

I'm sure the lawyers won't let this go unchallenged if we're reading things correctly.
