BUT just the opposite! SILENCE from everyone!
WHY do you think it's that way JD?
Don't you think these people would at least try?
Or could it be THEY are part of your conspiracy?

Lol. Funny stuff, beenthere. I agree with you. Bioasis shareholders won't even vote their shares, not for anything, no how! They certainly won't put more money up. I get that. But they could still vote the deal down and vote Rahtjen out.
But the apathy of the shareholders is not shared by Ladenberg Thalmann, Armistice, Rathjen and Saltarelli. They tried to get their hands on Bioasis, and Bioasis was and is nothing but xB3. They wanted xB3. That was their target.
That's an important consideration, don't ya think? The shareholders don't care but these guys do, to the extent they spent almost two years setting up the deal.
One thing for sure. The Midatech shareholders cared. They weren't going to allow that gang to get their hands on over 90% of Midatech/Biodexa.
Too bad the Bioasis shareholders don't much care.
What's likely to happen is this. The New xB3 Corp in a couple of years will go public and The Gang and DrDR and Brother Mario will make a ton of money.
And the old Bioasis shareholders will have a ton of excuses about why they lost money, how they were victimized and a whole bunch of other stuff. And they’ll complain about the richer Bioasis shareholders not saving them all.
I won't be laughing at anybody, but I'll know I was right and so will you.
And yes, some of the larger shareholders could easily be part of a conspiracy. It would be easy. Agree to the sale of Bioasis and we'll give you a piece of The New xB3 Corp. But I think The New xB3 Corp knows that they'll get Bioasis without any help from anybody, as I postulated in
What’s Your Price? The shareholders won't vote. There's no fight left in 'em.
