Its key midstream assets include the Brazeau River Complex and Fractionation Facility (BRC), a full-service natural gas and NGL processing facility with natural gas storage pools, and the Ram River Gas Plant, a sour natural gas processing facility with sulfur handling solutions and rail connections. Its key downstream asset is the Prince George Refinery (PGR), the sole light oil refinery within the interior British Columbia market.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Strategic ReviewI see them needing deeper pockets to pull off future aspirations. The company is undercapitalized relative to the opportunities it has and the balance sheet structure.

Interest rates and cheap debt means that companies need to live a bit more within their means (I am still hoping Governments will figure this out too!).

The shares have pulled back and are on sale in my mind.
