There is no doubt that LT's efforts were destructive. BTI is trading at half a penny.

The problem for him is that he can't give up the argument that xB3 is no good.

I have asked him to tell us what Ladenberg Thalmann and their clients were going to get out of the deal if it wasn't xB3?

What was it they wanted? What was their play?

He's saying that they were milking us (me, and you shareholders) for everything they could get.

Was LT paid anything by Bioasis? Cash? Bioasis had/has no money. Or were they going to be paid in stock and warrants if a deal got done?

TT won't let the facts get in front of his hate for me.

He's looking more and more like a hateful hack, a troll.

What LT got and was going to get are detailed in the 460-page Bioasis filing and Midatech's filings.

But he knows better than the facts. Besides, there is little in the 460 pages that he can comprehend, I suspect.

But, he raised it like he knows better so I'll keep on asking him.

If xB3 is no good, then what were Midatech, LT, The Placee, DrDR and Brother Mario going to get out of the deal if it wasn't a worthless xB3?

Simple question. He raised it.
