RE:RE:RE:TT's Sappy Cap PlotSabby Capital, Sabby Management, and founder Hal David Mintz, have been
charged by the SEC with fraud for naked short selling and order making.
I have no idea why TheTruth1234 says that something like this went on with Ladenberg Thalmann. That's kind of a dangerous accuation for TT to make.
My opinion, that I've expressed several times, is that LT appears to have been legally very tight with the Midatech/Bioasis "merger" execution.
The problem for me is that Bioasis, with or without participation or advice from LT downplayed Bioasis's main asset to such a point that it raises some serious questions about whether Dr. Deborah Rathjen was working entirely for the shareholders on the deal. As Evens & Evans pointed out, Rathjen and Saltarelli may have had conflicts of interests.
The unfolding events and actions at Bioasis over the term of the the company's relationship with Ladenberg Thalmann allow an argument to be made and difficult to argue against that Bioasis was badly damaged by those events, either through incompetence, negligence or malice on the part of Bioasis management and BoD.
And what value was there in Bioasis other than the value of xB3? None!
Why would heavu hitters like Armistice and Ladenberg Thalmann work for almost 2 years to get the deal done, with no or little pay, to get the deal done?
