The main products offered by its surety business line are contract surety bonds, commercial surety bonds, developer surety bonds, and new home warranty insurance. Its contract surety bonds, such as performance and labor and material payment bonds, are primarily for the construction industry.

Yes it is far away but last quater was a blowout, so I donot see any reason for TSU to stay so low for long.
The only negative was when they sold shares @32.90 after a stellar earnings and this upset lots of traders.
To me volume is so low as if somebody is trying to scare prospective and current investors.
Time will tell.
