RE:PNG rights offering - determining priceIf the rights offering did not have enough uptake and required financial backing, you'd think that PNG International could take on debt as part of the capitalization process? If proposed at Book Value, would lead to debt free entity in PNG with considerable Fixed Assets and Working Capital that I think could be borrowed against to consummate the transaction.
