Your friend, TheTruth1234, has posted that you quit Bioasis because you saw a scam unfolding. Have you stated that Bioasis was a scam or that you left because you saw a scam unfolding? Is that TheTruth?

In the same post, TheTruth1234 said about me that I stayed because I was a "...gullible fool, that believed fell for the scam.”(SIC)

He calls me a fool every day so ignore that. What’s important is that he said that I "fell for the scam", which is explicitly calling Bioasis a scam.

So do you agree with TheTruth1234 that Bioasis is and was a scam?

I don’t think it was a scam. I think some bad decisions were made, some needed ones not made, and that the company was mismanaged, badly.

I also have a question about whether Bioasis has been mismanaged by Dr. Deborah Rathjen or whether she intentionally put Bioasis into its current position for her own benefit. I don’t know the answer to that because the evidence supports both opinions. Incompetence is one thing, but the facts also discourage a good argument that Rathjen did not act with intentions of benefiting herself at the expense of shareholders. (I recognize that it's hard to prove a negative, but in this case, incompetetence is also a viable explanation.)

So, is TheTruth1234 correct when he says that you quit Bioasis because you saw a scam unfolding? Have you publicly stated that Bioasis was a scam?

You just dont get it.

I hope Julie makes enough money at Interior Health as a director to support her bankrupt parents.

Might be tough though.
