RE:Question for Dan Carlson of Tailwinds

RE:Question for Dan Carlson of TailwindsIn October 2016, Bioasis engaged Rising Tide Equity, as the press release stated, to "Increase Global Awareness."

I think what impressed me, and likely Rob Hutchison, was that Rising Tide Equity was lead by Dr. Josh McGuire, former SERE Psychologist at the Department of Defense and Chief Psychologist, Competency Program, Texas Department of Health Services.

I was encouraged by RH to reach out to Dr. Josh McGuire but before I could, Rising Tide Equity broke up, with Dan Carlson forming Tailwinds Research Group and inheriting the Bioasis contract. Dr. McGuire had moved on.

I don't know the inside story on Rising Tide, McGuire, how Tailwinds got the contract, or much else. I do remember watching the BIOAF trading and there was virtually no change from normal.

Tailwinds Research Group didn't last very long.
