So what's the explanation of showing in thier financials almost 400 million of nickel and cobalt sitting in inventory. That's a lot of money sitting there loosing interest income or other benefits. What well run business of this size has 400 million sitting in unsold inventory. Sounds a little fishy to me. But I suspect it's because thier buyers are few and far between because of the embargo and they can only sell when those buyers ask for it.
