I don't engage with you my freind because you are a little wonky but sometimes your posts are annoying enough to get on my nerves.
You accuse others of bringing up outdated information with the assertion that the future for sherritt is so bright we should all be wearing shades as they say. We'll everything IS relevant. The world is never a snapshot (a moment in time)....it's a movie. The past creates the present and the present creates the future.
Look who's posting redundant information. China controls rare earth markets??? First of all that has nothing to do with sherritt Second, they've been dominating the rare earth's market for a looong time. I used to own Molycorp a decade ago....a huge rare earth mine in California. It went bankrupt and I lost everything. Why?. Because the Chinese could provide these minerals much cheaper. And US capitalists....who can't see any further than the almighty dollar when its in front of thier face, refused to buy American destroying thier domestic suppliers in the process.
Wake the ......up. Globalism presents huge challenges (and opportunities) for business....and especially for "free market capitalism" It's a constant reshuffling of operations to find the most profitable arrangement. It's been going on for 100 years now. Everyone on this planet is trying to make a profit and prosper. But it's a tangled mess of geopolitics, different people, different economicies, different attitudes, different lifestyles, different political structures and on and on. That's the state of humanity if I may digress and be philosophical.
And to sum up my rant.....that's why sherritt is what it is. It's a small player in the nickel space, situated in one of the most precarious jurisdictions on the planet. Ever since Castro seized power of that island, Cuba has been a hotbed of controversy and potential turmoil. As go the fortunes of Cubans, so will go the fortunes of sherritt.
