So far, the only people getting excited are the long time pumpers on this BB. Also, SH does not make it a criteria that a poster own shares in order to post.( contrary to many on this board who like to make a point of who does and who doesn't own shares).Rather than attacking a negative poster, longs should be asking themselves why the CEO can;t sell any of his products to get the market to believe that the stock has a future.Still waiting for some of these intelligent longs to exlain what the 120 + employees do all day to only generate 3 million in sales in a quarter. (I have asked many times) Attack at will but it won't help bring new investors into the picture

Could one say Mr. Pascali is better at selling shares than selling product?

It has been stated clearly Melon Trust is an orderly disposition announced sale under ADSP rules ...most like for estate planning purposes.  The CEO still owns close to 50% of all outstanding shares!

Long and strong PYR

Therein lies the problem, one person and his moral entity (ies) owns close to 50% of the outstanding shares.

Are there just yes men/women on the board? Does anyone stand up to Mr. Pascali or even try?

I am aware of Mellon Trust and ADSP.

Good luck to all!

First you complain he is selling thru ADSP Mellon Trust NOW you complain he owns too much!?!?!??

You not fooling anyone with your agenda always negative slant posting on company you do NOT own!?!?

CEO is HIGHLY MOTIVATED to increase shareholder value and has help fund this company for over 25-30 years.

I have studied the tech thoroughly and I as a long term shareholder I fully believe PYR will succeed.

Long and strong PYR!!!!!!!!!
