"CEO is HIGHLY MOTIVATED to increase shareholder value and has help fund this company for over 25-30 years."

CEO's are highly motivated.

This CEO apparently utilizes the company as a piggy bank and approves delays receiving funds owed. Hello BoD? Help fund the company and home. Shareholder value, the past doesn't guaranty future value.

Be careful of a privatization that may occur, as it has to many companies that had excellent potential ... Xebec, Nemaska Lithium, North America Lithium, Stornoway, Orbite Technologies, etc.
