Unknown the stage at which any of them are and whether or not fees have already been paid or are outstanding. There is, of course, a cost to expanding into the US. But, it is my understanding that some people are already in place and beyond licencing fees and some admin stuff, there business model is pretty much plug and play. Of course some competent marketing would help. I guess that costs.
Dilution, with less than 50m shares outstanding it's no big deal. That said, why give anyone a share for under a buck, you minus well pay interest on a loan
listed is the cost of licencing fees - I can't find the info on the specific states to which Banxa applied. I know it does not include the big ones of NY and Texas.
