Libya is perhaps the best place for hydrocarbon resources but the worst place for civil , military and political stability. Did I mention corruption? We are expecting a small Canadian company to break into that environment, seems like the market is telling us what the chances are to get a deal. If the possibility of getting a deal was imminent I think the share price would be much stronger. I guess another lesson learned about speculative investing. Doc i totally agree that we need the profit more than the execs.
