We just need one big pharma to realize the market share it can increase by agreeing to a jv.  Because it's all about market shares, as these big pharmas' CEO must deliver growth.  

So by initiating a jv discussion by seeking interest, TLT is throwing a bone to these hungry big pharmas.  Let's see how hungry they are and which one really desires this bone and how agressive and quick it will be over its competitors.

I agree with much of what you post here but not with your JV position. Pharma kingpins the are not about to help put Ruvidar in play for less than the whole pie and there is no way TLT can pull this off solo. Amen
