VPT Patent Application Review

VPT Patent Application Review
It has been a long time coming (Since Feb 28, 2023) but we now have movement on the patent application for the hand held probe. The inventor has compiled some new claims and arguments for the USPTO examiner to review and consider for approval. The normal time frame for this is 90 days but at least it is again being looked at.
