Timeline for Financing

Timeline for FinancingIn the press release announcing the financing Management indicated that they would not be providing an update on the financing progress (which I understand).

My sense is that the financing is fairly intertwined with the offtake agreements and that there may be some government grant funding for this project. I would expect that we should hear something by mid-October. Which would have given them time to land on a financing structure and solicit term sheets.

The question to be answered will be that of valuation and shareholder dilution. I am cautiously optimistic about this and it has been a long time coming.
