RE:RE:SHAREHOLDER PROPOSALWith all the issues noted in your post, how can you say Sebastian has done a " decent " job? He has not done a decent job. He is the CEO and leader of these misfits. He has to go and board members after that. If the company is sold what are the first changes new ownership will make?
