RE:Matt Gaetz & Steve Cohen Question Anne Milgram on CannabisBy the sounds of what the DEA is saying, once they do their own evaluation should follow what President Biden and the HHS have outlined and that’s a Schedule 3 re schedule. Hopefully by the end of the year, it would be nice to get Biden to sign it before Christmas. But politics and re-elections next yr so maybe they may drag it closer to Q1-Q2 2024
