Everything with this company is so rosy that massive amounts of shares have been sold even as low as 1/2 of a penny.

The financing group that they owe money to and had to extend payment arrangements with due to not having enough money is now giving them business to keep them afloat. If they don't generate positive cash flow pretty darn soon it's game over.

They now have over 400 million shares fully diluted.
