The only forensic audit that will ever be done is how many coffee shops on Harriet Street you frequent to post the defamation about a person you are obsessed with.  
 
Despite the cease and desist letter you have received from Greenbriar, your bravado is really important in identifying your complete obsession with someone you wish you were. Tell us one fact that is actually true besides your love of Jeff Ciachurski. 
 
You claim in the same post complete and utter honesty. You infer Sage Rage will be a dog, but then on the same post claim, Captiva will be robbed of substantial cash flow.
 
Which one is it today. Dog or winner or the Shneps version, which is "Only Shneps knows the real answer if you follow my forensic analysis".
 
Shneps, plot drop: if you were good at anything, you would not be spending 16 hours a day obsessing over Jeff.
 
And BTW, Shneps, Sage Ranch was never bought with 77 AF of water. There were never any water rights that were part of the purchase ever.  Your investigative work even on Google is erroneous.
