RE:RE:RE:RE:BTE L2 9:20 - ALL LOOKS NORMAL?Kelvin

I think you're on the right track...

Myself, my back ground is Commerce having graduated with a degree in finance long ago, and let me tell you...perception is reality! ...regardless of fundamentals. and perception is driven by all sorts of things.

Like an emotional school boy dating girls for the first time....one minute you think you've found a catch, next minute you're out with buddies discussing where it all went wrong.

Look at the market today...Crude up a $1.80, and result O&G share prices...ho- hum.

The down draft the other week to the $77's has traders wondering if we have another house of cards and if the next bull run is sustainable...so they might not believe crude prices today are gonna stick...for now.

Point is...Try to make educated "guesses" as to where you think the fundamentals are going...Then you can make rational assumptions and calculations as to upside and downside...Narrow down the what if's....Fortunately, for mid-large cap Oil and gas companies...calculating cashflows and creating valuations is pretty straight forward..junior, relying on exploration success....less so.

We are witnessing weekly draws in th eweekly API and EIA numbers, the paper market cowboys will have to follow the phys market eventually...and from what I see, it's up.
