ProMIS Neurosciences Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Although they did not buy at the “open market” (https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stocks/pmn/insider-activity), it is indeed / finally a positive sign... after this orchestrated “meltdown”!

If this is a “strong signal”? Yes, to some extent but the financial investment of the "Insiders" remain limited and... what’s about phase 1b? The “fog” has not cleared yet.

As Farmer correctly noted, they already have 8 million $ in unpaid bills (situation as of second quarter 2023), what substantially reduces the amount available for the forthcoming steps.
