You got it backwards . The people that are daft are the ones that failed to tender shares to get the 1.20 offer and yes that could be the ones selling today at 1.00 to 1.04 . Many stupid people opt to get NO info from their broker so would have no information about this offer . Many have no advisor that deal thru discount brokers .
