Basically they're a wash, and while Ontario and Qubec don't share the same civil law code ( they do share the same criminal code ) and while I'm not 100% conversant with Qubec civil law, I'm quite sure that trusts are protected in bankruptcy in Qubec. 


He is buying shares via options that were issued.  Private placement and/or debenture is also a cash injection into the company.   Trust is still a seperate legal entity and as stated must be estate planning purposes.  Why don't u just clearly state that Peter is doing something untowards and shady!!?!?!?
