So what excactly is the wrong doing ?

Is it the deal itself  to cover the debt and soemone  didn'tt like  it or  whtever and complained to the AMF  or is it a matter of  disclosure and what was the issue with  that , everthing seems to be unclear with this matter.
If this goes to court , the AMF had better be sure they can prove that their was a wrong doing and that everytthing is very clear cut i tthere is any question  ,  any doubt  etc in their case it most probably won''t   fly..!!!
