Tom's reply to a post @StigvdA Stig,
You are absolutely correct in assuming that there will be upgrades to the starter pit area at Santa Barbara.. Again, 100 meter drill spacings in this, area which will be quickly upgraded with 50 meter drill spacing especially in the more dense, high sulphide zones within this starter pit. ..objective is to move starter pit tonnage to 200 million from current 130 million tonnes with higher grade to give us, a potential US$$40 NSR net value per tonne and increasing with a 10 year mine life at 50,000 tonnes, a day throughput.. Based on a 1 to 1 stripping ratio.. Just the starter pit.. Major NAV enhancement.. .eventual 50 year mine life as deeper material is mined after Capex has been paid off in first 3 to 4 years.
The good thing is that in the coming months we can upgrade the mineral resource with definition drilling and press release these better valued numbers while moving through the PEA stage. Stock will rebound quickly.
Thanks, Stig,
Tom
