One thing that keeps me going… The MMG Capital analysis; based off a Temas partnership, yielding BONE a 50% ownership stake in Piskanja gave us an FMV of 79 cents a share... that's with 50% ownership! With the Osmose deal (likely a total bust) and BONE retaining a 55% stake, that further boosts us to 87 cents.
By some act of God, Podbrje gets awarded to us and we can scrap a partnership all together. That's a $1.58 for BONE and BONE only! Lanny could buy his own sausage factory and mushroom farm with all those accumulated shares he got from selling Private Placements and Christmas gifts from his cousin Timothy.
The recent metallurgical tests demonstrated higher boric acid concentration than the PEA indicated; which founded the basis of the MMG Capital valuation. After we grind a few hundred more kgs, maybe that number increases and thus the 'blue sky potential'?
Lanny is convinced the shovels never hit the ground in Serbia and a major scoops us which bodes the questions:
Do we ever get that mining license?
If so, how quickly does a major come knocking?
And the most important question, what does that buy out offer look like?
Share a little hope: for those with experience of juniors being taken out by a Major, what did that look like? Who was the company so I can 'Do My Own Digging'? I'm open to 'Listen and Learn', as I want out of this 'money pit' after hearing so much of Tim's 'canned cr*p'.
Or maybe Tim figures some way to solo this to production and we all get to enjoy 16 years of dividends... one can dream.
GLTA and have a safe and enjoyable long weekend.
