What if

What if

...... the BOD would've had a policy in place to buyback extremely discounted O/Ss on the open market, may never know?  Hopefully they don't mess up the divvy policy rollout by quarter/year-end! 

Great operationally ran company, moving in the right direction ....... again weird BOD!
