Not a Phoenix in sight.
It's somewhat unclear, but what most probably happened was:  all the Phoenixes fled ROI land after the ROI BOD boxed in, starved - preventing any growth and then finally locked up it's Mobikey Unicorn inside a disused closet all those many years ago.
Or it be that ROI still just can't do sustained sales growth?

Same old same old.
