Sit on your investment for a couple years and pay attention to what Cargill sells their salt mines for. The price will play a factor in what the market is willing to pay for salt deposits in the Americas.
quick, only 40-ish min left in the trading week. thanks for the repetitive heads up! do i transfer my shares direct to you? or should i sell them in the anonymous market? i'd best heed your ample warnings! you're so smart to have called this after watching it drop from $4+ to 1&change....
Cargilll's mines are WORTHLESS. or next to it. a massive find like ATLAS is coming online.... cargill is wise to get out of those mines for whatever they can get. once atlas begins to produce, that'll put 'em out of business...watch and see, bet nobody buys them or they go for a pittance...
real question is: is Cargill out of salt entirely? note how they won't say how much they've made in the 50-or so years they've been running these mines.... betcha it's a BOATLOAD of $$$$$$ maybe they're dumping all the non-profitable ones so they can make a run at ATLAS....
what they get for their old run down HIGH COST mines is IRRELEVANT tool buket! what does one have to do w/ the other? what on earth could the selling price of a high cost, low-ish producing mine w/ increasing maintenance costs have to do w/ a BRAND NEW, state-of-the-art SUPER LOW COST producing mine!?!?!?!? HINT: The answer is NOTHING!!!!
just can't argue with facts....or cold hard numbers.... you can argue with twits on an anonymous bboard tho!
go salt go!
