wete they not top notch ceo especially Brett kidd he had the knowledge in this field and he is gone I don't understand they didn't give him a fair chance to turn this company around

Brett Kidd only had something like 2 years experience in ITS when QTRH acquired ETC. He was relatively new to ETC and prior to that, his experience was in software but not in the ITS field.

Brett Kidd was there for the contracts that were signed that led to ETC not attaining its projected numbers. He kept promising results and underachieved every quarter. He was the CEO when they won another contract by bidding $5M, or 20% less than the 2nd closest bid, projecting the image that the growth was coming from underbidding on projects. He lost the board confidence that he could reach the vision he sold the board.

Since he has been gone, the results from ETC have improved and they seem more focussed on investor value. I wouldn't be in a rush to find a new CEO since the people in place seem to be doing a fine job in the meantime. I'd be inclined to go with IRD's top guy since they are doing a great job.
