I'm not attacking you. You made an unsubstantiated statement about BoD "salaries" - inferring they were undeserved. I added perspective.

If you consider Rusty Lewis's 2022 comp a "good salary" within the context of a $200M company, that's your perspective and we all now know it; not many would share your perspective IMHO.
