RE:The CEO Peter will have full control regardlessYou are wrong. First, the order sought by the AMF is to prevent 3XP to cease acting as an officer AND a director. If this happens, when the new board approves the next slate of directors, all 3XP can do is withhold his votes or vote against, depending of the circumstances. 3XP is unlikely to make the company without a board of directors which would be the end of the company. Also, if 3XP tried to elect directors he could control in the background (I doubt he would do that) and played a role in managing the business, that would get the AMF fired up pretty good.
