Hearing they are drilling the longest hole ever on the Gravel Creek Deposit and it's a big time step out hole some 500m away from the orebody along strike.
The project they are working is the highest grade gold deposit in Nevada over 1moz not already in production.
Market cap just $33m.
Good chance management could hit a 100-500m hole of 1+ g/t gold. Multi-gram per ton possible. This is a deposit that's given up holes as good as 14m of 70 g/t Au and 46m of 26 g/t Au. 1000+ gram meter holes are rare and often put you in top 20 drill holes in the world per year. Up against the likes of $500m-$2b companies. $wex hits 200 gram meter holes 65% of the time on this project and has twice hit 1000+ gram meter au holes.
Very high grades all over along with broad narrow grades. Except what I love is this project past prodcuded 80koz at 4 g/t in 85/86. Meaning its just 3miles from a paved interstate, has power, and water already there from past production. Very low capex restart. Sub $50m and could be producing again by 2026
Barrick just up the road with Goldstrike one of the top five best gold mines in the world, and owns part of this deposit as well. Have a feeling if this program hits big. Barrick and or Newmont will take a swing at the market and do a big JV on the project.
Given the numbers, the people and the prevailing sentiment in a bullish gold market. No way this stock is $31m market cap for much longer!! Feels like $300m+ in our near future!
