Will the BofD act with fiduciary responsibility and duty of care?
If everybody who had procedings against them were found guilty the jails would have more population than the people outside. Nobody is guilty until proven so. PYR is extremely confident that they will be proven innocent and will find out who is behind these false accusations Stop spewing FUD.
@exeat “The Company will welcome its day in court where we are confident the truth will prevail and the motives behind those who supported this outcome will be exposed.” This is an interesting comment by Peter in the PR. What it actually means or implies will presumably be revealed when things get to the court which won’t be for sometime I suspect. Innocent until proven guilty I always thought but apparently not on bullboards or in the speculative investment realm. Not to make light of the situation, there are serious, though unproven, implications here but to suggest the CEO doesn’t report for work on Tuesday is a bit extreme. @exeat “The Company will welcome its day in court where we are confident the truth will prevail and the motives behind those who supported this outcome will be exposed.” This is an interesting comment by Peter in the PR. My response to @exeat:

The BofD approved of the PR in it's entirety? This excerpt, "and the motives behind those who supported this outcome will be exposed.” ought not have been included in the PR, n'est-ce pas.
