as long as the air intake is above the water line, ICE car can plow through a flooded area. How well the door seals hold up is not related to wheter it's an ICE or EV, it's model specific. However, most common ICE cars have air take positioned at wheel to engine height level so generally speaking, an EV would go through a flooded area better than an ICE car. ICE car can go flooded area with little issue if that ICE is prepped to do so. That's said, i wouldn't trust the longevity of EV battery after being in a flooded area. I consider that battery damaged because i dunno when the battery problem gonna to show up. Where as an ICE, engine fluid/parts can be easily diagnosed and cheaper to replace.
