Come September…Recent NRs, have addressed the marketability of the different borates, which should be of great interest to the potential offtakers. It will help the Company with some leverage, when dealing with the buyers. It will likely increase the value of the project itself.
The elaborate was submitted in April, and if there was any major issue, we would have known by now. The Serbian Govt, I am sure is aware of the Company proceeding with the FS. No news is good news, in my humble opinion.
Good news is also the the FS would be submitted this month, hopefully, and it is much more of a streamlined process, without the need for a committee. I am sure it is being followed by the watchful eyes of CANSEE, and the Canadian Embassy, who have facilitated the relationships in the past.
The governments all over the world, particularly, in USA, Canada, and Europe are facilitating the mining of Critical Minerals. Ms. Dedovic, the mining minister is no stranger to Green Initiatives, and decarbonisation, as she headed the European Investment Bank, before joining the Government.
Looks like the Mining Ministry is back in business, as there was news about Ms. Dedovic expressing support for Zijin Mining Group.
Lastly, the Tranche 1 warrants, expiring later this month at 6c have an accelerated expiry, if the SP on TSE, trade at or above 0.075c, for 10 consecutive days.
I take it as a positive sign that there is an expectation that the SP will we'll over 0.075c. It seems to fit in the timeline for this month, when the FS would be submitted.
Here is wishing the Best to all my fellow shareholders...
