CRE Why the SP so low

CRE Why the SP so low
It’s a mix between low volume and people selling. Here are my thoughts why:

Investors are tired of waiting: Rose has been in development since 2010, investors has come and left.

The +5 years to get the permit put a rug over $CRE $CRECF while other exploration projects in Quebec have had exploration success and been engaging the market through promo.

inaccurate investor assumptions on project quality based on grade, poor understanding of tech grade spodumene and it’s premium pricing, and how a high purity resource affects costs

Poor understanding of the scale and the underlying exploration package they control

As they move closer to production, and de-risk by securing a low-dilutive financing, I expect it to re-rate significantly.
