I wonder if these projections are for the initial 160k tpy plan after plant starts or the 240k tpy ramp up goal ??
$1.70 per share at best is not nearly enough

My understanding is that the prices they establish are "todays value". The reason is that , as an example...First Berlin.. increased their  "Buy" rating from $1.55 to $1.70 back in July 2022 and the reason quoted is that Almonty took the first drawdoawn of $12.8m against their line of credit.  This showed progress in the maturation of this project and hence the value increased as taking the draw indicated the mine was progressing and would be built.
