RE:Business Structure and LiabilityI saw an article on 5i research where they state they are probably not liable for BPO.PR. series shares.
 If Brookfield does try to screw the preferred share holders, I would think all the law firms would be coming out of the woodwork to rally shareholders for lawsuits  against them.
Their defaults are a very small percentage of their market cap.I'm still buying, but very cautiously. I have a bad taste in my mouth for Brookfield right now. When they did that private reorganization event, I ended up with a sh@tload of shares at 0.8% vs the 10% yield I was getting. Then I got burned on Brookfield Select Opportunity BSO.UN fiasco. I'm wondering if Bruce Flatt is only interested in  taking care of his crony oligart friends at the expense of his longtime loyal stockholders. His moves don't seem to be supportive of his shareholders.
