Enbridge Inc. is an energy transportation and distribution company. Well management has shot shareholders in the foot once again.  Long term shareholders will be OK but short to medium term it really sucks.  ENB will likely trade below 44.70 over the size of the acquisiton and debt fears.  Of course shorts will turn into drama queens once again.

It really is a good opportunity for those who want an attractive entry point.  Existing shareholders will pay the price for that entry point short to medium term.

I guess the question now is "Where have all the good CEOs gone".
