RE:RE:RE:Sedi filing report about juniper?

I should add that this is a minor bump in the road. The company can easily absorb Juniper shares, especially in a rising market.

The lack of understanding of the situation by the dealmaker CEO, and what would likely unfold is surprising though.

He had better stick to the script from here on in. Buy backs, debt repayment, and increasing dividend, because I think his reputation and judgement takes a bit of a hit with this development. We are still getting to know him.

And Greager was so confident that Juniper was in for thr long haul in post deal interviews. Give me a break. One of the main reasons a shareholders in a private company want to merge with a public one is precisely to get out of the investment that they are otherwise stuck in.

Happy to take the Ranger assets off their hands, but Greager is the most naive CEO in history if he really thinks they were in for the long haul which I doubt he actually believed.

He knew Juniper's MO or maybe got lied to badly and decided to take it at face value.
